I cannot see Screen Recording when I tap +
If you cannot see Screen Recording as an option when you tap + then it’s most likely that the version of the phone you have doesn’t support screen recording as we require a minimum of iOS 16 version needed for Screen Recording.
If your phone does not have iOS 16 or above, please advise your recruiter you won’t be able to do the tasks that involve screen recording.
My screen recording is taking a long time to upload.
This is probably due to a slow internet connection. Screen recording videos are extremely large in size and can take up to 5 or 10 minutes to upload depending on your network speed. Make sure you are connected to the internet and please keep the app opened until the video uploads completely.
My screen recording disappeared.
Please go into to your Camera Roll / Albums and see if the video is still there. If it, please go in to the app, Tap on “+” at top right then select that video and upload it again.

My screen recording was interrupted and I lost my video
If your recording gets interrupted, please check your camera roll or Indeemo folder. The video should have been saved to your camera Roll or Indeemo folder. To upload your video, go back into Indeemo, tap on +, choose Screen Recording and select the screen recording from your album. This will upload the recorded video.
